For over 35 years, Insight Investments has provided customized leasing solutions that help corporate and government entities manage their technology refresh programs. With the breadth of our capabilities and our unique business model, we believe we have succeeded in providing the best client experience in the industry. Our day-to-day business practices have earned us the reputation of being fair and transparent. As a part of our commitment to investing in the communities where we live and work, Insight continues to review internal hiring practices and policies to ensure that we are creating a diverse and inclusive environment for our team of professionals today and in the future. A Brief Overview

Environmental

At Red8, we help our customers contribute to the circular economy by preserving and extending the useful life of IT equipment through our Device Lifecycle Management (DLM) service. When we provide this service, it reduces the amount of e-waste generated from old technology, helping our clients reduce their carbon footprint.

Social

Red8 has always stood for the improvement of social welfare. From community outreach through our iCare program to powering minority- owned businesses, our support extends beyond our employees.

Governance

At Red8, we are directed with an ethical business model. We have created a transparent business model that increases communication between our clients and our employees, offering a higher standard of consulting, timely builds and installations, and increased accuracy.

Environmental: Our DLM Sustainability Story

At our core, we are a technology company. We have an acute understanding of the relationship between people, businesses, and useful technology. This understanding helps us to achieve sustainability within our DLM capabilities and solutions.

When entering into a DLM partnership with Red8, we work closely with our clients to develop a sustainable solution ensuring they have access to state-of-the-art equipment today while developing a roadmap for the life of the asset tomorrow. We make this process extremely easy on our clients because we operate within our own technology centers. The continuation and extension of useful life of our equipment keeps electronics in the hands of those who can still use it.

During the DLM cycle, equipment is returned to our DLM technology center where all equipment is received, audited, and redistributed to our DLM clients. Equipment that passes all necessary audits at end of life are either recycled or donated to various non-profit organizations.
Sustainability has been core to our business model for over 35 years. Our focus on all aspects of the technology lifecycle and ongoing investments in this area will ensure that we continue to help our clients implement and manage their technology in a conscious way

Managing the Entire Employee Device LifecycleRecently, Red8 had the opportunity to help a Northeast financial institution store, deploy and manage all employee devices for over 150 locations. The devices were stored, imaged and patched in our 37,000 sq ft technology center centrally located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
