Frank brings over 25 years of sales leadership experience to Red8. Focusing on Advanced Consulting and Cloud Services, Red8 has seen hyper growth in the past 2 years. More than doubling the overall company revenues and achieving over 300% growth in Cloud, Security, and Professional Services respectively. Prior to this, Frank was the Chief Revenue Officer of a PE-Backed Behavioral Health Organization, looking after all Sales, Marketing, and Call Center Operations. He has spent the majority of his career in the IT industry, holding several Senior Executive roles at EMC over 15 years. Where in his role as Area Vice President for EMC’s Western region, Frank was awarded top honors for revenue and growth for building EMC’s Mid-Market presence and growing the business over 800%. He also served as General Manager for the EMC/Dell business unit, growing annual revenues to nearly $2 billion globally.
When not helping clients solve business problems with technology, Frank spends time with his family and 4 yellow Labrador retrievers. An avid boater and fisherman, he can be found on the waters of Cape Cod or Southern California depending on the season.
As Red8’s Chief Technical Officer, Rob is responsible for Red8’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technology development. An IT industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, Rob is a seasoned executive focused on driving the development of the company through the use of technological resources. Prior to joining Red8 in 2006, Rob held systems engineering roles at Sun Microsystems and Network Appliance. Earlier he worked in the aerospace industry where he was responsible for the open systems infrastructure for business and engineering applications. Rob began his IT career developing software for school systems and universities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Rob is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of sales executive experience with global corporations including Xerox, EMC, and CA Technologies. As Red8’s Senior Vice President of National Sales, he is responsible for the company’s sales and marketing accomplishments and leads an exceptional team that is dedicated to delivering high value technology solutions to customers nationwide. His strategic vision and drive to create transformational change challenges the status quo, delivering top results for the business and its clients.
Brandon Kaier has more than three decades of experience in the IT industry as a transformational leader. Kaier is responsible for setting the strategy, defining deliverables, and creating the organizational structure for the Solutions Architect Team. These responsibilities include bringing net new products and solutions to market with a focus on emerging technology solutions that enable cloud consumption, analytics, agile application development, blockchain, IoT, and many more. Kaier has held multiple roles within a Fortune 50 IT Manufacturer’s Office of the CTO; Chair for Blockchain Steering Committee, member of Architecture and Design for Analytics, member of Strategy and Direction for Analytics, CTO Ambassador Steering Group, and others.

Matt is a technology sales veteran with over 25 years of experience driving aggressive growth. Throughout the years Matt has focused on sales management, channel sales, direct sales and sales training. With Red8, he currently is responsible for recruiting a top talented sales & engineering team, driving new demand strategies, growing revenue and market share.

Dave has 25+ applying information technology solutions to solve business problems. He has held leadership positions in Media and Entertainment and Technology Systems Integration verticals. He has architected diverse infrastructure solutions from SAP to Media Asset Management systems across numerous technologies. He is a strong advocate of providing the optimum solution agnostically. Each experience is unique.
During his tenor at General Electric Dave was nominated and participated in their Executive Leadership program which included a period working for GE Healthcare R&D division. This experience resulted in Dave being Six Sigma and Lean Sigma trained which he incorporates into his current role. His business passions include strategy development, metrics driving business decisions and building diverse teams. Outside of work Dave is a tortured Newcastle United fan.
